Information

History:
Worked for the state of Illinois to quality check the constructions in Chicago. During an inspection of a housing complex,
William discovered an unusual tendency for some apartments to not have any windows. Investigating this further lead to
the discovery that some vampires had bribed the Department of Urban Planning to construct safe places. This discovery did
however not fare well for his girlfriend, who suddenly dissapeared one night later. Convinced a vampire had taken his revenge
on him, William joined the Paranormal Division to perhaps find her again in the future. Or take his own revenge.

Goals, Ambitions, Desires:
Wants to find his mysteriously lost girlfriend Theresa, or at least know if she is alive and well.
Wants to kill the vampire he suspects actually kidnapped her.
Wishes to save other people in the government from his own fate.

Personality:
Calm exterior, talks slowly and calculated. Over-analyze every dialogue, usually in a such manner that he can seem disinterested.
Follows a strict moral code, and will not let innocent be harmed if not necessary. Hate vampires as the plague, and are sometimes
uncomfortable around women because of that trauma. Follows silly rules, waits for green light in a empty street and always blink
while driving. Also in a chase. Anger deep inside.
